So far, vice president Kalonzo musyoka’s selfish political moves can’t cease to amuse Kenyans.

There are so many obsessions with the so called Ocampo envelope. Kenya people have been totally blinded to myopically imagine that the so called Waki envelope is the only basis of what will be used in pursuit of the post election violence suspects. This is not the case and one Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka whose selfish nature can’t leave him seems to be the only individual aware of this and that is why he is really working hard for what will soon be discovered to be the ICC conspiracy. he knows of the loophole and he has started working on trying to steal power again(remember the first time was when he accepted to work as Kibaki’s vice-president even after knowing the election had been stolen)remember one Samuel Kivuitu said that he didn’t know who won election, and that he was forced to announce election results by PNU and Kalonzo’s ODM-K.Remember that Kalonzo had just used one Dan Maanzo to steal the political party(ODM-K).Kivuitu later claimed that he was frog marched to state house to give the certificate of victory to the looser of the election.Kivuitu was frog marched to state house by none other than the recently promoted police commissioner one Mr. Mathew Iteere.Could that be the cause fro Mr.Iteere’s promotion? That’s a question for another day. We shall know the answer one day.

Anyway, apart from all his weaknesses, wickedness and careless public talk like an insinuation that he wants to work out for tribal alliances, Kalonzo seems really set to play dirty politics at the detriment of national interest and the stability of the future of our nation. It’s therefore foolhardy for Kenyans to continue being misguided about the so called justice for the post election violence victims. This is a wake up call to all peace loving and patriotic Kenyans to reject opportunist Kalonzo musyoka’s selfish political tricks that might end up messing up our country and costing us heavily in the near future. Kalonzo and his chief henchman Mutula Kilonzo are not fighting for the justice of any Kenyan, they are fighting for the destruction of Kenya through there dead ended blind ambitions of imaginations and pretence to the Kenyan presidency.

This is the picture that opportunist Kalonzo is trying to gamble with.

Kenyans are imagining that the so called ICC justice will be friendly, which is not the case. He believes and he is working towards a benefit out of an Ocampo onslaught on Kenya . The evidence linking a number of people with the post poll violence is not only in the Ocampo envelope .the evidence has been gathered in different forms and different sources have already taken their accounts of events to the Hague either at personal levels or at the institution levels.

Some NGOs have concluded that the major suspect is the president who failed to stop the violence and vote rigging from happening. They also observe that Ocampo’s investigations should be based on this as a background for all events that took place after the rigging of the 2007 presidential election.

It should not be forgotten that after the stealing of the vote, the ODM side which was aggrieved as far as vote theft was concerned, and most of their supporters were the ones being targeted by the police in cold blood murders, took action immediately and sent its evidence to The Hague . The video footages taken to ICC for investigations by ODM include that of a peaceful protester (Mr.Onyango) who was shot in cold blood in Kisumu by a police man .this was taken as preliminary evidence against Kibaki and his PNU team of vote thieves before the formation of the grand coalition government. in their evidence, ODM argues that PNU instigated post poll violence by stealing the vote from a democratically elected candidate; Raila Odinga.Thus in the ODM evidence, there is a glaring fact that the PNU side schemed, initiated and perpetrated post poll violence through use of extra ordinary force in quelling the anger of peaceful ODM supporters who were protesting against the stealing of their candidate’s victory. This basis of evidence alone is enough to justify the leadership of PNU as the ones responsible for the violence and crimes against humanity which included mass murder and rape of many Kenyan women. Most reports have indicated that over 1500 people were killed, over 300,000 people displaced and over 30,000 Kenyan women were raped during the time. Majority of those killed died from police bullets and hailed from ODM political strongholds. In this case according to ODM evidence, PNU which happened to be in power and in possession of all official weapons of violence were solely responsible for the violence through commission or omission.

The PNU story to Ocampo is an interesting one. PNU side argues that they fairly won the election. They claim that the violence was preplanned, something that sounds very weak in merit because statistically majority of Kenyans most of whom took part in the electoral process believe that Raila won the election. Both national and international firms that have carried out this research have come forth with the same outcome. The PNU story goes ahead to claim that the clashes were preplanned by the ODM side whatever the election result, they claim there was going to be ODM sponsored violence far Ocampo has not found anything concrete on the basis of this allegation. However he has noted through the information availed to him; that the main adversarial forces were two individuals in the name of Raila and Kibaki.It is however noted that Kibaki bears a greater responsibility because being the president in office he had power and privilege to stop everything from happening, including stopping his lieutenants from stealing the vote.

It’s against the stated background that one Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka and his henchmen have been aggressively lobbying for the so called three piece wheel of justice which include (i) the Hague for people who bear the greater responsibilities-meaning the sponsors and major players in the violence should be the ones to be tried at the international criminal court. According to Kalonzo’s selfish mind, the main people targeted here are the two principals and other senior politicians who pose a threat to Kalonzo’s ambitions. It’s like the Liberia situation where Charles Taylor was forced to step down, exiled and then arrested and taken to The Hague . For Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka, this approach will give him a golden chance and provide an opportunity to ensure that all his political competitors are eliminated from the political panorama. It’s also under this category that Kalonzo will ascend to power as the acting president for 90 days if at all Kibaki will be forced to resign in the same manner as Charles Taylor did. Within the 90 days he will ensure that he deals with all political competitors whether through the ICC, local tribunal, or ordinary courts. It will be the highest level of abuse of power you have ever witnessed. Kenyans, DON’T ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN!! He will do this to ensure that if there is an election after 90 days, he will have no formidable opponent for he will have used all means to suppress people the way he was taught by Moi when he served as a minister under him. This may happen in synchronization with the evidence that ODM and PNU took to the Hague-thus the ‘kupitia katikati bila kuonekana’political theory. (ii) Local tribunal: this is also advocated by Kalonzo and his arch-sycophants as a way of suppressing other potential political opponents who would have survived the Ocampo onslaught. He has intentions of suppressing all he supposed opponents by even framing charges against them using the local tribunal as the weapon of political manipulations and intimidation. (iii) This category is to deal with the so called small offenders. It still works for Kalonzo for this will deal with all the young people who might want to resist Kalonzo’s selfish tricks. Kalonzo is pretty aware of the evidence in Ocampo’s possession and therefore he is using this as a method to advance his theft of power from both Raila and Kibaki.

Kalonzo doesn’t mean any good to/for this country. He knows very well that he has no capacity to lead or unite his country and that is why he is now fumbling with words not so sure of what he should say. He is worried that the two principals might discover his bad games and silly unscrupulous political tricks. That’s the reason why he has started the politics of careless talk because his selfish ambitions are taking better of him and he is unable to control himself or hide it anymore. Therefore he has resorted to start lobbying for acceptability in different parts of the country just in case the president and his key political competitors who are suspected to have planned and executed violence on PNU side are taken to The Hague . He is doing that by hypocritically pretending to be friendly to Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto who seemingly are named in the infamous Waki list. He has even annoyed people like Saitoti by claiming that president Kibaki has endorsed him to PNU’s presidential flag bearer in 2012.

The country must be cautious therefore for having Kalonzo as a president is a pronouncement of trouble to our country. Kenyans also need to critically look at this situation and understand that Kalonzo is up to no good especially when he starts mentioning tribal alliances like the KKK…Its a silent way of pretending that he is friends with kikuyu and Kalenjin and yet he is backstabbing them. its known that Kalonzo’s political support even in ukambani has really diminished, even in his own Mwingi north constituency he has been relegated to just one small region called Seikuru and thus he doesn’t even have a command of any political block to carry any claims of regional political horse trading.Kambas have rejected him for causing them unnecessary burden of having supported a fraud of an election and thus causing Kenyans to kill each other. no one can horse-trade with Kalonzo for after he uses you he will be frustrating you the way he did to Dan Maanzo and Julia Ojiambo who stole a party for him and ran away together with him only for Kalonzo to discard and throw them in a political dustbin.

Kalonzo cannot be my president and I know all Kenyans of goodwill will refuse this kind of manipulation by this political double-cross. It’s our country and we must protect it from the selfishness of people like Kalonzo.
